Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Here & Then Box and treasure it forever, however, we know that sometimes things happen. So, we do have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, products must not have been used or tampered with, and will only be refunded if returned in an as new condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@hereandthen.com.auBoxes for return must be posted to our warehouse at: Life’s Last, 2A First Street, Railway Estate, QLD 4810.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether you have been approved for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which can take up to 10 business days.

 

 

 

Shipping costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Tracking/shipping insurance

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items. Only full-priced items are eligible for returns.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
