My name is Jodie, and I created the Here & Then Box almost 13 years ago.
The idea began from a deeply personal place, but over time
it has evolved into something much broader—a keepsake box designed to be added to throughout your life.
It’s a space to collect memories, stories, photographs, recipes, letters, and small meaningful items that represent your journey.
A place where your life can be gently gathered and preserved over time, in your
own words and your own way.
Alongside these memories, the Here & Then Box also allows for a small amount of thoughtful life planning, simple guidance, wishes, and notes for the people you love, to help make things easier for them one day.
At its heart, the Here & Then Box is about connection,
memory, and care. It becomes a beautiful collection of your life, ready to be
shared when it is needed most.

What does it contain & what is it for?
A Here and Then Box is a beautifully crafted wooden keepsake box, available in two styles for people of all ages and stages of life.
The Box includes:
- a dot point checklist and a chart of prompts with tips outlining important items and details to include.
- a hardcover A5 Journal with gold foil lettering - containing both lined and blank pages – available in four colours.
- a hardcover Photo Album – acid free.
- a timber box, containing an engraved pen with a matching engraved USB for storage of digital files.
- four acid free embossed envelopes – four sizes included.
